The site is operated, and the services presented are provided, by Terragswift Ltda., located at Rua Itupava, 843, Alto da XV, Curitiba - PR, 80040-000, Brazil. If you arrange a service, the quote and the terms agreed for that bicycle must also be considered. If general information on the site conflicts with a specific term you have accepted, the specific term takes precedence, without limiting your rights under the law.
Services and Information
Terragswift repairs bicycles, provides scheduled servicing and sells parts and accessories. The descriptions on this site help you identify the subject of your inquiry, but they are not a diagnosis of your bicycle, a definitive recommendation of a part or a binding offer to provide a service on the terms described. The appropriate work depends on an in-person assessment, the condition of the components, parts compatibility and the scope you approve. Availability of parts, accessories and appointment times may vary. Where applicable, we will clarify timing and costs after inspection and before work begins. Photos and examples illustrate our services; they do not suggest that every bicycle needs the same work. We do not carry out structural repairs on cracked frames or work on motorcycles. Nothing in this section limits the information or warranties required by Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.
Using the Site
You may browse the pages, follow links and use the contact channels to request information about the bike shop. When completing a form, provide only data you are authorized to share and describe your question truthfully. Do not use the site to send fraudulent messages or content that is illegal, threatening or infringes third-party rights. Do not try to disrupt the pages, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code or access areas or data you are not authorized to access. Automated use that interferes with others’ access or overloads the infrastructure is not permitted. We may take proportionate measures to protect the site and its users, in accordance with applicable law. If you find a technical flaw, contact us through the channels provided rather than exploiting it or disclosing third-party data.
Inquiries and Service Agreements
The contact form starts a conversation: it does not provide a mechanical assessment, automatically reserve an appointment or authorize a repair or purchase. A submission confirmation page does not mean Terragswift has accepted a service request. To confirm what your bicycle needs, we must inspect it in person. After the assessment, we explain the proposed work, the quote and, where possible, the estimated time frame. An agreement is formed when you accept the terms presented for the service or purchase in question; an initial message alone does not form a contract. If another issue arises during disassembly, we will speak with you before expanding the agreed work. Any prices mentioned in a preliminary conversation do not replace a quote based on inspection. If a necessary part is unavailable or incompatible, we will tell you before confirming its use.
Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, photographs, visual layout and other content published on this site are protected by Brazilian intellectual property law where applicable. Accessing the site does not transfer any rights to these materials to you or authorize their commercial reproduction. You may browse the pages and share links to them. You may also make copies strictly necessary for personal, lawful use of the information, provided you do not alter the content or remove its attribution. To reproduce photographs, text or brand elements in other material, request prior authorization using the contact details on this page, except where use is permitted by law. To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, we are not liable for losses arising exclusively from incorrect information submitted by a user, misuse of the site or events attributable to third parties where we bear no responsibility. This limitation does not exclude liability for a failure in service provision, a product defect, inadequate information or any other circumstance in which the law imposes liability. Consumer rights under Law No. 8,078/1990 remain fully protected, including statutory warranties and rules on compensation for harm.
