What’s happening with your bike?

Describe it in your own words. To confirm the diagnosis and quote, we need to assess your bike in person.

What to Include in Your First Message

Tell us your bike’s model, when the problem started and when you notice it. Want to book a tune-up? Tell us how you usually ride and when you could bring your bike in. If you’re looking for a part, a photo of the old component and any measurements you know will help start the conversation. You don’t need to guess what’s causing the problem: investigating it is part of the assessment. We’ll guide you on the next step and tell you whether we need to see the bike.

Before you bring in your bike

The shop is in Alto da XV, Curitiba, and accepts bikes for assessment during opening hours. For tune-ups, check availability before setting out: workbench time varies with the jobs in progress. If you want to bring in your bike for a repair, tell us when you can come and describe the symptom. We estimate the time needed only after checking the work required and the availability of any parts involved.
